Nokia fan lovers have been eagerly expecting the return of the mythical Nokia 3310 after Nokia made it public that it might release a successor to the 3310 model and supply users the enjoy they'd 17 years in the past.


Nokia at this year's Mobile World congress (MWC) in Barcelona, announced three Android-based smartphones which are the Nokia 3, 5 and 6 and to wrap it all, Nokia then announced the much awaited all new Nokia 3310.


The new Nokia 3310 is a feature phone and its considerably smaller, lighter and offers a crazy battery life. The 3310 is powered by the S30 operating system and uses a 2.5G connectivity to surf the internet. Nokia says that the 3310 gives more than 22 hours of talk time and can sit on your desk in a standby mode for more than a month!


The 3310 which cost around € 49 comes equipped with a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera and an LED flash at the back. To make their phone lovers feel the "real Nokia experience",


Nokia has added the snake game which comes pre-installed on the phone. Roughly 17 years ago when the Nokia 3310 was launched, Nokia successfully sold over 126 million pieces of the 3310 devices before they eventually decided to stop manufacturing the device in 2005 Nokia did not say anything regarding the availability of the 3310 but it is believed that the device would be available on a global scale starting this year Q2 as are the Nokia 3, 5 and 6 Android phones.
